Weather: Cooler overnight, sunny Wednesday

New Jersey saw mostly sunny skies on Tuesday with temperatures in the mid-60s.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says some areas around the state made it to 70 degrees, but a breeze cooled things down somewhat.

Skies are expected to remain clear overnight, with temperatures dropping to the low 50s or possibly even high 40s.

Wednesday should see mostly sunny skies with temperatures potentially above 70 degrees.

Clouds are expected to return Thursday and could last into Friday. Rain is possible.
