Weather: Low overnight temperatures

New Jersey saw sunny skies for most of Friday with temperatures in the middle 50s. 



News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says temperatures during the overnight hours are expected to drop drastically.



The National Weather Service has issued freeze warnings for many parts of the state as temperatures potentially drop to the low 30s.



Saturday should see mostly sunny skies with temperatures of about 60 degrees. Temperatures could drop to the middle 40s overnight.



Sunday is expected to be mostly cloudy with highs in the middle 50s.



Rain is expected to begin the workweek on Monday.
