Campaign aims to limit distracted driving
New Jersey law enforcement are participating in a nationwide campaign known as "U Text, U Drive, U Pay."
The campaign is mainly aimed at limiting cellphone use while driving.
The crackdown also looks to discourage other forms of distracted driving, such as eating, putting on makeup, and talking to passengers.
According to the state Department of Public Safety, more than 3,300 people were killed in distracted driving crashes in 2012.
The campaign lasts through April.
