Opponents of the PARCC test have placed two billboards in Rochelle Park in hope of reaching a wider audience.
The billboards read: "Refuse PARCC tests. Bad for kids, bad for education."
Critics of the PARCC say the test overly burdens students and ties up resources.
The test is being administered for the first time this year to students in grades three through 11.
