Investigators say that they have closed their criminal investigation into the deadly accident at a Chester Township farm that killed a child last year.
No charges will be filed against the driver of the van who struck and killed a toddler at Alstede farms in October.
Elizabeth "Ella" Fuering, 2, was hit by the van and became pinned between two vehicles. Her mother and another woman were injured in the accident.
The driver was given a ticket for careless driving in November.
