Montville police officer found not guilty of DWI while on duty

A Montville police officer was found not guilty of driving intoxicated while on the job.

Montville Officer Kurt Geisinger was charged by another officer last October for allegedly driving under the influence.

But a judge ruled the prosecutor in the case could not prove he was actually operating a vehicle.

Geisinger has been suspended with pay since he was charged and faces a possible discipline hearing.
