Four suspects sought in various gas station robberies in New Jersey

New Jersey law enforcement agencies are looking for a group of thieves wanted in nearly 10 gas station robberies in the state.

Essex County authorities say the four suspects are wanted in connection with five gas station robberies in the county Monday. Three of the crimes were carried out in Newark, one in Belleville and one in Orange.

The suspects wore masks and were seen driving a gray Lexus with a damaged rear bumper and Florida license plate.

Harrison police tell News 12 New Jersey that they believe those same suspects may have been involved in a gas station robbery in their town Sunday.

The suspects may also be tied to a Jersey City robbery, according to authorities.

Anyone who might have any information about the crimes should contact the Newark police Crime Stoppers tip line at 1-877-695-8477.
