Gov. Christie defends President Trump’s immigration raid

Gov. Christie defended President Trump over the weekend, calling his order for weekend immigration raids in six states justified.

The governor appeared on State of the Union.

"This is the problem with the whole failure of the federal government over the course of the last 12 to 16 years in not trying to reform the immigrations system and bring some sense of order," says the governor. "When that's the case, then the laws that are in effect right now have to be enforced."

President Trump tweeted that the raids were aimed at violent felons.
