Police: Drugs, weapons found inside car in Hamilton

Three people in Mercer County are facing drug and weapons charges after police say they fled a traffic stop.

Troopers tried to pull over a car on I-295 early Saturday morning, when they say a 16-year-old driver took off.

Officials say the driver eventually lost control of the car and crashed.

Police say they then found weapons and drugs inside the car.

Brian Rodriguez, 18, and 24-year-old Jonathan Martinez are facing drug and weapons charges.

The 16-year-old driver has also been charged with driving while intoxicated.
