Hundreds rally to save Affordable Care Act

Hundreds gathered at a rally in Newark Sunday to oppose efforts by President-elect Donald Trump and Republican lawmakers to repeal President Barack Obama's health care law.

Several high-ranking Democrats, including New Jersey's U.S. senators, took part in the event at the Robert Treat Hotel.

There were also some people protesting Sen. Cory Booker and his vote against a bill that some say would have lowered the cost of certain medications.

Around 20 million Americans currently receive some form of insurance through the Affordable Care Act.
