Forecast: Rain, mostly cloudy weekend ahead

New Jersey is expected to see mostly cloudy conditions with some scattered rain this weekend.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says temperatures reached the mid-40s Friday, but windy conditions made it seem a bit cooler.

Friday's overnight hours should see light rain condition with some foggy conditions expected. Temperatures may dip into the upper-30s.

Saturday may see mostly cloudy conditions with temperatures warming into the upper-50s. Curren says there may be some periods of sun.

Sunday should see mostly cloudy skies with rain late in the day. Temperatures cool slightly to the low-50s.

Curren says Monday may see more severe storms with damaging winds and coastal flooding possible.
