Gov. Chris Christie to deliver State of the State address Tuesday

Gov. Chris Christie will deliver his 2017 State of the State address Tuesday at the State House.

This will be the governor's seventh address since taking office in 2010.

The last year has been one of ups and downs for Christie. He failed to secure the Republican nomination for president and his approval ratings hit an all-time low.

The governor has become a trusted ally of President-elect Donald Trump, but so far has not received any political appointments in the administration.

News 12 New Jersey will air the State of the State address live Tuesday around 2 p.m.
