Man from Old Bridge charged with attempted murder

A man from Old Bridge has been charged with attempted murder for allegedly opening fire on a man in Aberdeen.

The prosecutor's office says Tennyson Fairclough shot a Somerset man while he was sitting in a car with a woman Fairclough used to be romantically involved with.

They say he tried to shoot her too, but they fled.

The man was treated and released from the hospital.

Fairclough is being held on $1.5 million bail.
