Police say a man died after a hit-and-run in Toms River on Christmas Day.
The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of Highland Parkway and Herflicker Boulevard.
When police they arrived, they found 45-year-old Keith Elliott laying in the road.
Investigators say his injuries are consistent with a hit-and-run.
Officials are asking anyone with information to contact them.
