Gov. Christie rejected several positions in President-elect Donald Trump's cabinet
Gov. Christie was offered several positions in President-elect Donald Trump's cabinet, but turned them all down. 
CNN confirmed the report by NJ Advanced Media.
The list of rejected offers included Homeland Security secretary, Veterans Affairs secretary and U.S. ambassador to Italy. 
The governor claims none of them were a 'good fit.'
Christie was among Trump's closest advisers during his campaign, but was demoted shortly after the election.
