A new partnership between navigation app Waze and Passaic County is looking to help make getting around North Jersey a little easier.
Users generally send in obstacles they find on their drives to the app such as traffic jams, police stakeouts and stalled vehicles.
It's meant to warn other drivers and help the app configure shorter routes.
Passaic County will now start reporting potential problems to Waze ahead of time.
Drivers can still continue to report issues they come across on county roads in hopes of getting them fixed sooner.

The county will put live maps on its website for people who do not have smartphones.
