Police reviewing new footage in fatal hit-and-run case

Police in West Milford say they have new security footage that may help them catch the suspect responsible for a fatal hit-and-run that happened earlier this month.

As News 12 reported, Kelly Vaughn Chalkley was killed while she was walking her dog in Mount Laurel.

Police say the security footage shows three cars were in a nearby parking lot between 7:14 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. on the night of the incident.

The video is not being released yet as officials are looking to enhance the quality of the footage.
