Seton Hall University students who were hoping to graduate at the Prudential Center in Newark will be disappointed thanks to a wrestling event.
The arena is hosting an event by the WWE on Monday, May 15, 2017, which also happens to be the same day as the Seton Hall 2017 graduation ceremony.
University officials say that the commencement will need to be held on campus as a result. There will need to be three separate ceremonies to accommodate the large number of graduates.
Students at the school have started a petition at Change.org to express their anger over the issue.
