NY Giants help unload hundreds of donated frozen turkeys for Thanksgiving
Players from the New York Giants were on hand Tuesday to help unload hundreds of frozen turkeys that were donated to a local food bank.
An 18-wheeler filled with 1,500 frozen turkeys was donated to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey in Hillside by Stop and Shop.
Stop and Shop's Turkey Express program will deliver nearly 21,000 turkeys to hunger relief organizations across the Northeast this holiday season.
The New York Jets helped to deliver frozen turkeys donated to the food bank by Shop Rite earlier this week.
