Forecast: Light snow changes to rain; warmup expected for weekend

Parts of New Jersey saw some light snow Thursday that changed over to rain as temperatures warmed.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says temperatures are expected to warm throughout the rest of the week and into the weekend.

Thursday's overnight hours may see light rain continue with temperatures in the mid-40s.

Friday is expected to see a cloudy morning, but the sun is expected to come out later in the day. Temperatures should warm slightly into the mid-50s, before cooling into the low-40s overnight.

Saturday should see partly sunny skies. Temperatures are expected to be even warmer in the low- to mid-60s.

Sunday is expected to see some rain in the morning, with increasing sunshine. Temperatures may reach the upper-60s.
