2 police officers injured in Oakland motorcycle crash

Two police officers are recovering after being involved in an accident on their motorcycles.



The officers were taking part in a training exercise Wednesday night along Route 202 in Oakland when their bikes collided.



Paramus police confirm one of their officers is at Hackensack University Medical Center with serious but non-life threatening injuries.



The other officer involved is a member of the Paterson Police Department. News 12 has learned he was released from St. Joeseph's emergency room.



Both police departments have yet to release the names of the officers injured.
