Man robs Norwood Chase Bank with sign that says ‘RoBBER’
A Chase Bank in Bergen County was robbed by a man holding a sign that said "RoBBER."
Norwood police say the branch on the 500 block of Broadway was robbed around 5 p.m. Monday.
The alleged thief walked up to the teller with the sign and never spoke, according to officials.
Police say he also never brandished a weapon. He was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money.
The robber is described as 35-45 years old. He is about 6 feet tall and weighs up to 250 pounds. He was wearing dark sunglasses and a baseball cap.
