Forecast: Hot, humid conditions continue into Saturday

New Jersey saw hot, humid and hazy conditions Friday with temperatures reaching into the 90s.



News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Justin Godynick says the heat and humidity is expected to continue into Saturday.



A heat advisory is in effect for Mercer, Middlesex, Ocean, Somerset and western Monmouth counties through 7 p.m. Saturday.



Friday's overnight hours are expected to see cloudy skies, with the possibility of scattered rain. Temperatures should cool into the mid-70s.



Saturday is expected to see mostly sunny conditions. Hot and humid conditions are expected to continue with high temperatures reaching around 90 degrees. A thunderstorm is possible later in the day.



Sunday could see some rain in the morning, but the weather should clear later in the day. High temperatures should reach the low-80s.
