Neighbors rescue 6 from East Orange fire

Neighbors rescued six people from a house fire in East Orange early Saturday morning.

Authorities say the flames sparked at around 7:45 a.m. inside the home on Whittlesey Avenue.

Shauna Pryce and her husband, along with other neighbors broke into the home to help get the residents out.

Pryce says among those inside the house were a paraplegic man and a grandmother in a wheelchair.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
