Union City police search for 69-year-old women missing with Alzheimer's

The Union City Police Department is looking for a 69-year-old woman with Alzheimer's.



Police say Palmira Fortuna was last seen by her daughter around 7 a.m. Monday near 315 Eighth St. in Union City.



Fortuna was apparently barefoot and only wearing aqua-colored pajamas with dots on them. She also has a brown bracelet on her left wrist.



The woman has gone missing in the past and has been found in Hoboken, Bayonne and Newark, according to police.



Anyone who might know where she is located is urged to contact the Union City Police Department at 201-348-5800.
