Forecast: Dry, warm and sunny weather ahead for New Jersey

This week started off dry with warm temperatures for most of the Garden State, and those conditions are expected to last the next few days.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says temperatures Monday reached the upper-70s and lower-80s. Curren says that clear to partly cloudy skies are expected overnight. Temperatures may drop into the 60s.

Tuesday should see mostly clear and sunny skies. High temperatures are expected to reach the mid-80s.

Wednesday is expected to see more sun, but cloudy conditions could develop. High temperatures should reach nearly 90 degrees.

Rain and thunderstorms are possible later in the week.
