Forecast: Storms clear out, temps remain cool

Strong storms across New Jersey Wednesday left some damage in their wake, but have now cleared out.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that the storms produced heavy amounts of rain. Thousands of New Jersey residents were without power for a time after the storms.

Temperatures are expected to remain unseasonably cool for the overnight hours and may dip into the 40s. The skies are expected to be partly cloudy.

Thursday should see mostly sunny skies and temperatures should warm back into the 70s.

Friday is expected to also see sunny skies with temperatures potentially reaching the upper-70s.
