Newark police search for Hawkins Street shooting suspect
Police in Newark are looking for a suspect in a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning.
Darius Mitchell is accused of shooting a man from Rahway at 3:30 a.m. Sunday on Hawkins Street.
The victim is in serious condition at University Hospital.
Anyone with information related to the shooting is asked to call police.
