A teenager has died after being hit by an alleged drunken driver in Burlington County on Sunday.
Officials say that the county prosecutor is waiting for toxicology reports before deciding whether to file criminal charges against Ricardo Patterson.
He is accused of hitting and killing 17-year-old Antwan Timbers while the teen was walking along Route 130 in Burlington City early Sunday morning.
Patterson remained at the scene where he was cited for DUI and reckless driving.
