(08/30/06) EATONTOWN ? A shopper at the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown was shocked and disgusted to find someone filming her as she changed in a Macy?s dressing room.

Surveillance cameras show the individual following the shopper into the dressing rooms. The shopper says as she was changing, she looked down and noticed a camera filming her every move. Police say the shopper screamed, which prompted mall security to arrive and chase the man away from the mall. They were unable to take the individual into custody.

Police say similar incidents have become all too common in malls throughout New Jersey. According to police, offenders have been using regular video cameras or smaller cell-phone devices. Investigators hope to release a sketch of the suspect by the end of the week.
