While many parts of the state are finally seeing their power come back, a Monmouth County neighborhood lost power for the second time since the storm.
Crews were out Monday on Second Avenue in Spring Lakes trying to get the new pole connected.
Neighbors say they had power back by Friday and Saturday, but lost it again around 11 a.m. Monday because a pole fell.
Some neighbors have generators, but others say they're thinking of investing in one.
"We had three days of no power last week, so all our food in the fridge is destroyed. Well, all melted," said Monica Vitenson. "So I had to go grocery shopping and now we have a full fridge that I am praying doesn't go bad before they fix the power. So that's my biggest concern."
Crews from Ohio and Kentucky were out helping with the outages.
