Tape Requests from News 12 New Jersey
Thank you for requesting a copy of a show or segment from News 12 New Jersey.
To fulfill your request we will need the following:
1) A written request stating the topic and content of the segment, the date the segment aired, and the requestor’s daytime telephone number and return address.
2) A blank VHS tape or a DVD (-) R format.
3) A check or money order made out to News 12 New Jersey for the appropriate service fee (see below).
Service fees are:
$50 service fee for a segment of a news broadcast
$75 service fee for a ½ hour feature show (e.g. LI Talks, Jobline, Long Island Naturally, Sports Rush, etc.)
Guests:
Please note service charges are waived if the requestor was a guest on our program, featured prominently in the piece. A VHS tape or DVD (-) R format is required with the request and the requestor should indicate that they appeared in the program.

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your tape. News 12 New Jersey will mail the tape request to the requestor, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
