This week on Power & Politics, the state Department of Community Affairs approved a $120 million bond to replace Newark's lead service lines -- at no cost to homeowners. The lead in the lines contaminated drinking water in some Newark homes after tests showed some filters were not working properly. Power & Politics host Alex Zdan talks to Newark Mayor Ras Baraka for an update.
