Police: West Deptford man spied on middle school girls' rest room
Police in a Camden County town say that have charged a heating and air conditioning contractor for spying on girls inside of a middle school bathroom.
Gloucester Township police on Thursday charged Gregory Mahley of West Deptford after an investigation at the Glen Landing Middle School.
Police said mirrors had been installed on the interior doors of the stalls in one of the girls’ bathrooms, and staff became suspicious that someone was peering through an air conditioning vent located over the bathroom stalls.

Mahley was an eight-year employee of Multi-Temp Mechanical, Inc., located in Westville. The company was contracted by the Gloucester Township Board of Education to perform services at the school. Officials say that the company is cooperating with the investigation.
“I am very disturbed to learn of criminal charges filed today against an employee of an outside contractor who was performing HVAC work at Glen Landing Middle School,” School Superintendent John Bilodeau said in a statement. “Upon notification of suspicious behavior, the school’s administration immediately contacted local law enforcement authorities.”
Mahley was charged with child endangerment relating to creation and possession of child pornography. It was unclear if he had an attorney who could comment on his behalf.
