Police in Hasbrouck Heights were dispatched overnight to a possible drowning victim. 

Upon arrival, the victim was observed lying on the ground, unconscious and unresponsive next to a hot tub, located in the rear of the house. 

After a quick assessment of the victim, CPR was initiated.

While on scene, HUMC ALS made a pronouncement of the victim. Detectives and BCI processed the scene and deemed no foul play. 

Bergen County Medical Examiner's Office was contacted and arrived on scene to take custody of the victim to conduct an autopsy.
