A pair of Atlantic County men have been charged in the drug-related death of a man in Ocean County.

Ship Bottom police say they found a man who had apparently overdosed on heroin last April. They say they were able to track the drugs down to Levi Brown and Ronald Parrish.

Both Brown and Parrish are being charged with strict liability since police say they made and sold the drugs that lead to the death.

This is the second time Brown has faced this charge.
