Police in Middletown have identified the body found on a beach in Sandy Hook.

Police in Middletown have identified the body found on a beach in Sandy Hook.
According to police, the man has been identified as Andrei Chichkine, 61, of Union City.
Police say Chichkine was found unresponsive Wednesday around 2:37 p.m. near the water's edge on "F" Beach.
According to investigators, the incident does not appear to be criminal in nature.
