Tom Hughes, owner of the Sea Shell Resort & Beach Club, was issued a summons for violating the governor’s order. According to police, authorities found large gatherings at an outdoor bar Saturday. Too many customers were not wearing face coverings or social distancing.
Police say they gave Hughes a warning earlier this summer. He has a court appearance scheduled for September.
