New Jersey state police have canceled an Amber Alert after authorities say the child who was abducted was safely located in Brooklyn at his grandmother's house.
Police say 2-year-old Adrian Tonge was abducted by his non-custodial father, Brett M. Tonge, 25. Authorities say that the child was abducted after a domestic altercation.
Police also say that the father has a history of violence and drug use and had threatened to harm the child.
