7h agoThree people were sent to the hospital on Wednesday when an SUV crashed into a restaurant.
The crash happened just before 6:30 a.m. at the restaurant located at 112 Lincoln Ave. in Hawthorne.
Police say the driver of a Nissan collided with a Honda, sending the Honda crashing into the restaurant.
The drivers of both vehicles and the passenger in the Honda were all injured and taken to the hospital with injuries that did not appear to be life threatening.
The restaurant suffered damage. The structural integrity of the building will be checked by building officials.
