One New Jersey company is recruiting and training people over the age of 50.
Atlantic Health System, the parent company of Morristown Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center and Newton Medical Center, says 38 percent of its workforce is over the age of 50.
The company is among the Top 10 companies in AARP's newest list of "Best Employers for Workers Over 50," highlighting the organization's efforts to retain and recruit experienced health care workers.
