One-of-a-kind adventure white water rafting on Delaware River

A day on the water is a road trip in itself…but what about white water rafting on the Delaware River? That’s a one-of-a-kind adventure on this week’s Road Trip: Close to Home.
Silver Canoe and White Water Rafting in Port Jervis is a family owned business that offers endless summer fun!
"We offer rafting, canoeing, kayaking and tubing… rafting is the most popular; it's a great activity for families out on the water," say Danielle and Allen Crouthamel, co-owners Silver Canoe and White Water Rafting.
That's because you don't need to be an expert! "Our trips are all class one and two white water, and guides are not necessary, so they're self-guided tours," explains the Crouthamels.
That means all ages are welcome to reserve a spot and raft up to nine miles on the Delaware River.
Come ready to get your feet wet, bring your sunscreen, a hat, and some bottled water and be ready to have a lot of fun…bouncing and splashing along the border of Pennsylvania on your right and New York on the left.
