Officials say a man charged following the deadly mass shooting last month in Fairfield Township, Cumberland County will be out of jail, pending his trial.
According to officials, Larry McCrae Jr., of Bridgeton, helped plan a birthday attended by several hundred people.
Officials say three people were killed and 11 others wounded.
Nobody has been charged in the killings and no motive has been revealed.
McCrae is charged with unlawful possession of firearms. Prosecutors say the guns were not used in the shooting incident.
