Officials: Crews extinguish SUV fire outside Westfield home

Crews with the Westfield Fire Department were able to put out a fire that sparked inside an SUV in front of a home.
The fire was reported around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday outside the home on the 700 block of Lawrence Avenue.
Firefighters were able to put out the fire before it spread to the house.
No injuries were reported.
It wasn’t immediately known how the fire began.
