The hearing for the re-evaluation of New Jersey driver's license requirements has been postponed.
The program will now be delayed until at least Sept. 21.
The judge ordered a halt to the new requirements in May, after the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit claiming the state improperly tried to impose the new standards.
State officials say the new policy comes in response to federal standards.
But advocates for the homeless, immigrants and others say it's unfair.
