NJ Transit released the results of its latest customer satisfaction survey today.
On a scale of zero to ten, customers rated their overall satisfaction with a score of six, up from 5.2 in last year's survey.
The survey also revealed that 76 percent of customers would recommend NJ Transit to others, up from 67 percent in last year's survey.
About 16,000 customers responded to the June survey.
