New Jersey Republicans trying to keep control of Congress say it will all come down to voter turnout Tuesday.Three-term incumbent Representative Mike Ferguson is locked in a tight race with Democratic state Assemblywoman Linda Stender in the District 7 race. Stender says she is banking on an upset, but Ferguson says he remains confident. As for the Senate, Republicans are actually on the offensive in New Jersey.
