NEW YORK - The 100th-floor observation deck of the Freedom Tower was opened to the media for a sneak peak Tuesday.

The attraction dubbed the One World Observatory isn't scheduled to open until 2015, but invitees to a special event were able to view nearly all of Manhattan, the Hudson River and many New Jersey communities.

The Observatory will occupy the tower's 100th to 102nd floors, and a high-speed elevator will take visitors there.
