BELMAR - One of the women seen on surveillance video snatching a wagon belonging to a disabled boy has attempted to make up for her actions.

The video, which aired on News 12 New Jersey Thursday, shows two women breaking into the family's yard sometime early Tuesday morning.

The wagon is for 6-year-old Alex Bean, who can't walk or talk. His family uses the wagon as a stroller.

Alex's mother, Tracy Bean, says the woman came to their home Friday morning with a brand new wagon, an apology note and a teddy bear.

The woman, who came to the home with her mother, admitted that she took the wagon as a prank. She said she was being bullied and threatened through social media.

Tracy Bean says others stopped by to donate wagons, but the new wagon has the seat back Alex needs to sit up while on walks with his mother.

"All is forgiven. All we wanted was our wagon," Tracy Bean says.

The two young women turned themselves in to police last night after the story was seen on News 12, but Tracy Bean says she won't be filing any charges.
