A woman has died after falling from her horse at an equestrian competition in Allentown Saturday.

ALLENTOWN - A woman has died after falling from her horse at an equestrian competition in Allentown Saturday.

Organizers of the event say 33-year-old Philippa Humphreys fell at a fence competing in the Jersey Fresh International.

Humphreys was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Humphreys was a British citizen living in Rockford, Michigan.
